Matador Scholar Academy Deadline2/12/2010 The Matador Scholar Academy is the honors path at LMHS for those students who want to be challenged academically, be well prepared for college, and wish to earn college credit while still in high school. All students who wish to take honors or AP level courses at LMHS must apply and be accepted into the Matador Scholar Academy before they register for these courses. Students may take as few or as many Academy courses as they wish but there will be special recognition at graduation for students who meet the academy special recognition criteria. The deadline for all 8th graders to submit an application to take honors classes at LMHS is February 12th.
